We all have things we afraid of. When I was a kid I was constantly freaked out by all the different shadows that the street light outside would cast in my room. It was only when I turned the light on and saw what it really was that the fear faded away. As I’ve gotten older though my fears have changed, now things like failure, not being able to provide for my family, and one of my children getting hurt tend to get my blood pumping. It’s not as easy to turn the light on with those things. Things like this are not tangible and usually can’t be reasoned away with logic, they are often based in our emotions. Join us during this series as we confront some of the most frightening fears and how to break their powerful grip on our lives.

I love the beginning of a new year, full of hope and promise and the idea that the slate has been wiped clean and a new start can be achieved. All over the world as the clock strikes midnight and amidst the streamers and celebrations, millions make resolutions to change their lives in the new year. Unfortunately, only a small minority of people are still living out their resolutions by the end of January!
Here at Friendship we are committed to helping people make positive, lasting, life change. So, we are taking the top six resolutions that we all make and teaching you how to make them stick, long term! We’ll be bringing in some experts, hearing some real life stories, and sharing all sorts of great tools to help you succeed.
At Friendship Church, experience something different for a change.
